Crystal Whiteaker is someone I've known, respected, and admired for a long time. Everything she does is intentional and grounded — and also lighthearted and extremely kind. 

This personality makes her so so good at her work: inclusive leadership consulting for individuals and organizations seeking to make sure that everyone in their spheres of influence is welcomed in a felt sense. 

She came to me with a website that was well-written in her voice, but felt chaotic, with dozens of pages spiraling out from the main navigation menu after years of ad-hoc additions for each new offering. Additionally, what was missing was her specific approach to this work — something she was clear on personally, but struggled to find the time to articulate concisely into a website. 

I helped her simplify the user journey through her website by splitting pages into audience rather than offer and making decisions about what to keep and what to cull.Then, I helped her articulate her philosophy into the right words: all about approaching inclusive leadership from the inside-out. I supported the value of her approach with brand-new testimonials from her clients (taken from interviews I did), and I mirrored her existing voice so that the new site felt like her.
