I'M EXCITED! - LET'S TALK
→ You have no SEO strategy, so there's zero chance of ranking on Google when local clients search for help
→ You have done SEO stuff but most of it is on your blog, leaving your business-driving pages out of Google search (especially for local clients!)
→ Your website visitors aren't converting to clients unless they're direct referrals, because your site doesn't make it clear why you're the easy choice for them
→ You have no SEO strategy, so there's zero chance of ranking on Google when local clients search for help
→ Other providers with more professional websites are getting chosen over you, even when clients find you both
→ Potential clients don't get why they'd pay more to work with your practice than other providers... so they don't inquire
ATTRACT: SEO
Set up your foundational website pages (not just your blog!) to rank on Google, getting traffic from people who are searching for what you offer and are ready to invest — especially local traffic. Hello, new source of clients you don't have to work hard for!
CONNECT: COPY
Deeply researched and infused with empathy, get your copy carefully written to say what your clients are thinking, connect even with the most vulnerable person, and make it clear why working with you is soooo worth your rates. Hello, more new consults with absolutely ideal clients!
ELEVATE: DESIGN
Look like the expert you are, create the welcoming feeling you want new clients to experience, and make it easy for them to choose you. That's the power of professional design. Hello, website that does the heavy lifting for you!

She's deeply invested in the healthcare, mental health, and wellness fields, and holds the belief that everyone can benefit from professional support.
Fun fact: Krista is an animal lover, especially big dogs. She volunteered for years at a dog rescue, helping get big, scaredy-cat dogs ready for their forever homes. Now, she spends a lot of her free time with her own big doggo, a 100lb Pittie-mix named Bobby Socks.

She’s been a featured SEO expert in publications like Grow (CNBC + Acorns), MarketWatch, Ladders, AllCards, Roofstock, Concreit, Quicken Loans, Rocket Mortgage, Crediful, Credit Donkey, Clever Girl Finance, Mama and Money, Investing Answers, Well Kept Wallet, Real Genius, and ChooseFI, among many other ghostwriting clients.
Kelen (she/her) is a sales copywriter and a big believer in pushing the envelope creatively & pursuing growth as a professional and in her personal life no matter the obstacle. Her love of writing (& reading) comes from her childhood experience of being a mediator + communicator for her Chinese & Vietnamese immigrant parents — she's always been known to be the go-to person if you want your voice heard.
Kelen is passionate about fostering meaningful conversations surrounding mental health in the Asian American community, neurodivergent matters (ADHD), & the psychology of human connection + development.
Tayla (she/her) is a copy and content writer whose extensive background in Psychology and Education can be felt in every word she pens. Her writing is warm and engaging, aimed at making the reader feel like they are the only person in the world who was ever intended to read each website she works on.
Fun fact: Tayla also does some travel journalism, leading her into odd situations, like being hit by a whale in Namibia, trying lamb brain tagine in Chefchaouen (not recommended), and dancing at Taylor Swift concerts in Dublin with broken bones (highly recommended).
Natalie (she/her) is a copywriter and brand messaging strategist based in British Columbia. She uses brand voice, user experience, and audience research to write website copy that's undeniably from you and for your people. One of her favorite parts of the job is translating all the knowledge in your brain into a concise message that sticks.
Fun fact: She spent way too long trying to think of this fun fact... She loves soccer, Springsteen, and spicy noodles. Oh, and alliteration.
Ash (she/her) is a creative and strategic designer with a focus on refined and modern design with an editorial feel. With her Bachelor’s in Psychology, she focuses on the human experience behind every design. From eye-tracking studies that show how people read online to the science of persuasion… She's fascinated by this stuff. Her design style seeks to find the balance between the expected and unusual, nostalgia and futurism.
Fun fact: Ash loves to experiment with new ways to express herself — right now, that’s looking like a foray into DJ-ing and possibly even… powerlifting!
Mikka (she/her) has almost 15 years of experience in graphic design, and she moved into full-service web development in 2016, with a primary focus on Squarespace. Since then, she’s achieved the distinction of becoming one of the few certified Squarespace Experts and Authorized Trainers and has launched over 200 Squarespace websites! Her design style is Clean, Professional, and Modern.
Fun fact: Her idea of a great night is spending an evening with her kids and a pile of board games, cozy at home.
Brooke (she/her) is the eagle eyes. She’s been in the editing world for 4+ years, having started with authors and aspiring authors editing books, but discovering her passion for supporting other small biz owners with their content and copy so they can also succeed and live the remote life of their dreams, like she does as a work-from-home mama. She catches the spinach in the writing and lives to make content and copy soar.
Fun fact: When she’s not eyeballs deep in content and copy or reading stories to her 2-year-old, you can find Brooke cozied up in her armchair, knitting a sweater and listening to Agatha Christie mysteries on audio.
let's do this thing
I can't wait to meet you! I'll be waiting in Zoom with my steaming mug of herbal tea and my big ole' dog at my feet.
